Our bags are made with beautiful waxed canvas and leather, for this reason particular care needs to be taken when cleaning. Do not machine wash. Do not use hot or warm water.
Start by brushing off any dried dirt with a brush. We suggest a spot clean where possible with cold water and a sponge. For stubborn marks try a small amount of mild soap (test a small inconspicuous area first). Air dry thoroughly. The lining is waterproof nylon, you can use water, and detergent where needed on the lining but be careful not to get detergent on the canvas.

When I got the confirmation email I was surprised the email was from an actual person. I wasn't sure if I was ordering from a big company fronting as a small business. But when I saw I could send a return email, I knew this business was for real. My purchase came super quick. When I inspected the bag and clutch I bought I was so impressed with the quality. The material is very durable. The colors and size were exactly as they looked on the website. I had a baby last year and now I want the same bag and clutch I bought for my friend! My husband was also impressed and asked if he thought people would notice the bag was also a diaper bag if he bought one for work. ;) To say I was delighted with my purchase would be an understatement. And, by the way, my friend LOVES her ARCH bag and clutch. This is her 3rd baby and says this is the best bag she's had by far!
The product is excellent quality and seems very handy. I think I will be using it alot to duck down to the shops or have in the car. I was a little diapointed that the tan was a darker brown than tan, but overall very happy with the product.
